Basics
Appropriate for beginners and continuing students. These classes focus on foundational postures (asanas) and breathing practices (pranayama) in a fun, safe, and non-competitive environment. There is an emphasis on proper alignment for safety and to provide students a good foundation upon which to build. Students learn to foster awareness, begin the practice of turning their attention inwards (pratyahara) and disconnecting from the external world.

Yin Yang Yoga Flow
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Starting with Yang and finishing with Yin will leave you feeling calm and grounded, resulting in a very balanced practice.
